ICT Partnerships offer a bespoke support solution for any client that we look after as we appreciate the varying needs of every organisation.  We believe that in order to create the best ongoing partnership possible regular scheduled on-site visits are key.  While it is completely possible to support an organisation without scheduled visits onsite, we have found that this support proves is mostly re-active, dealing with faults as and when they arise.  While this set-up does allow the business to function it does not allow for improvements to the systems and the way people work within the environment.  With our scheduled onsite time each week we would look to essentially become the virtual IT department within the organisation.  With this method we are able to not only provide ongoing support, but we can pro-actively manage the IT needs within the organisation.
